Fruit Fiesta Breakfast Treat

Ingredients


  • 410 g Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta, drained, juice reserved
  • 100 ml desiccated coconut
  • 250 ml granadilla yoghurt
  • 100 ml muesli



Chef's hint: Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta is canned in three individual layers, so it’s easy to separate the fruit to build your breakfast. You can substitute Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta with Rhodes Fruit Cocktail.

Method


Remove the Rhodes Tropical Fruit Fiesta from the can and separate the different fruits. Spoon the paw-paw into the glasses and sprinkle with half the desiccated coconut. Spoon a third of the yoghurt over the desiccated coconut, followed by the next layer of fruit. Sprinkle the muesli over the second fruit layer and spoon another third of the yogurt over the fruit, followed by the muesli and desiccated coconut. Spoon the last of the fruit into the glasses and top with the remaining ingredients.

Serves 2-4
